About

I'm a two-time Founder of organisations that for the last 20 years have built efficient financial systems and processes within SMEs that match people to roles in the Finance space.

Both organisations are members of ThincLab, the innovation hub at Adelaide University, where I also mentor and teach finance skills to emerging entrepreneurs.

I passionately believe that modern employment models have a responsibility to provide sustainable, flexible part-time roles to balance work and family life for everyone and have proven that it can be done.

I'm a writer and public speaker on subjects such as developing financial intelligence for SMEs; scaling professional services; building accounting systems for maximum efficiency, and how individuals harness what they know to create value for organisations as a whole.

I'm a former finalist in the Telstra Business Womens Awards (Entrepreneurship) and two-time winner of the Employer of Choice Award.
