Why I built Role-Match

Why we built this
Our founder, Annie Flannagan, spent 20 years hiring finance people for her own businesses before she got fed up with the same broken cycle: post a role, wade through a pile of unqualified applications, interview well against people who then can't do the job, and start again. She built Role-Match to fix that, replacing guesswork with proctored skills testing, behavioural profiling and structured 360-degree feedback.

It's matching, not applying in hope

A job board makes you sell yourself into a role and hope. Role-Match understands both sides in depth first, then introduces them only when they genuinely match, before anyone gets attached to the idea of each other and starts overlooking the things that would later break the relationship.
