Remember, the Skills Assessment reflects your knowledge at that moment and will evolve as you learn and gain experience. Our matches are based on a 360° view, so the Skills Assessment isn’t the only factor. Use it as a chance to see where you might need a little brush-up!

You can update your profile anytime by signing in with your email and password. You can change your qualifications, experience, industry, and task tags. Make sure to do this regularly, as it affects your matches!

Only Role-Match employees with written authorisation can access your data. Organisations matched with you will only see a summary of your profile and key criteria. All your info is protected by our Privacy Policy.

As part of our 360Vouch, when building your Profile with us, we ask you to provide three people who can vouch for who you are, independent of any single role - before anyone can be coached or primed. It builds a genuine 360° picture of you. This also helps craft interview questions once you get to the interview stage with our team.

Multi-factor security protects you from the first screen, the initial anonymous profile removes bias, and nothing is released without your say-so. We have AI-usage policies that are reviewed monthly.
