Only Role-Match employees with written authorisation can access your data. Organisations matched with you will only see a summary of your profile and key criteria. All your info is protected by our Privacy Policy.

You can update your profile anytime by signing in with your email and password. You can change your qualifications, experience, industry, and task tags. Make sure to do this regularly, as it affects your matches!

To keep things fair, you can’t retake the Skills Assessment for 90 days after completing it. Remember, the Skills Assessment reflects your knowledge at that moment and will evolve as you learn and gain experience. Our matches are based on a 360° view, so the Skills Assessment isn’t the only factor. Use it as a chance to see where you might need a little brush-up!
