Mission.
Disrupting the hiring and recruitment marketplace.

Our mission is to transform how the 800,000 employing SMEs in Australia access and engage with the financial resources they need, connecting businesses at scale, with a flexible, secure and cost-effective model that's as individual as they are.
Overview.
Role-Match is transforming how Australian SMEs connect with and hire finance professionals in the Age of AI. Traditional recruitment is expensive, slow, and outdated.

We replace it with an activity-based matching platform that delivers verified finance talent with a transparent cost and pay model. In our first 30 days, over 1,000 professionals joined us.

Within under 12 months, we've grown to over 10,000 users, generating revenue from day one, and we've now achieved profitability.

We’re seeking investors to help scale and enhance Role-Match, rather than building it from scratch; the platform is already live. Your investment will accelerate growth, extend our reach, and add value, rather than funding initial development. If you’re ready to help take a proven solution to the next level.
USP.
Role-Match is a recruitment platform built for employers who are tired of recruiter fees and irrelevant job applications. We connect SMEs directly with fully vetted finance professionals (think Bookkeepers, Finance Managers, and CFOs). People share their skills, motivations, references and availability, while employers are matched to people based on clearly defined, costed roles.

Role-Match isn't another job board; it's employment, redefined. We've seen early success with over 10,000 users, and our model is resonating with both finance professionals and the businesses that need them most.
Market.
Opportunity
Australia has approximately 2.5 million SMEs, of which around 800,000 employ staff and generate over $500 billion annually (representing one-third of the national GDP).

Description
Yet these businesses are under increasing pressure: low productivity, tight margins, and complex compliance needs. Finance is essential, but hiring is broken. Traditional recruiters are costly and slow, and job boards often are overwhelmed with unqualified applicants.

There is an apparent demand in this space with over 43,000 finance-related vacancies listed in 2024.

We're targeting this gap in the market by offering a more intelligent, scalable, and cost-effective way to connect businesses with the finance talent they need.
Business
Model.
Summary
Our business model combines the stability of employment with the flexibility of contracting.

Description
We generate revenue in two ways: a one-off 'FixedFee' (significantly less than a recruiter's salary-based commission) or a monthly 'FinScription' subscription for fully managed talent.

We're already profitable, and we acquire customers through direct SME outreach, referral networks, and partnerships with advisory firms. We're now expanding into licensing discussions with accounting firms and plan to scale nationally through automation and strategic B2B channels.
