Most of business (and life) is full of the mundane. We get stuck in the same old rut, living in the comfort of the security it provides.

Now and again, technology forces a monumental change to how we do things. A StepChange. A significant and sudden shift in process, performance or behaviour. It's easy to forget how we used to do things until the StepChange becomes all that everyone can remember.
